Job Description:
Canby Clinic is looking for a kind and well organized employee to serve as our Patient Care Coordinator.
We are a primary care clinic located in Canby, Oregon that specializes in naturopathic medicine.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
Compensation is $20-$25 DOE with benefits.
Medical experience a plus but more important is finding someone that will provide excellent customer service to our patients.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Showing up on time and ready to work Greeting patients when they arrive Answering phones and scheduling patients Managing e-mails and patient portal communications Resolving issues that may arise Maintaining a clean workspace Skills:
Proficient with typing and Microsoft Office Interpersonal communication skills Professional etiquette Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attentive to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and planning skills An inquisitive mind with the ability to suggest improvements Job Type:
This is a full-time, in person position.
Hours are from 8:
30 am until 5:
30pm, Mondays through Fridays.
Compensation:
$18-$25 Hour DOE
